David L. Morgan

        David L. Morgan is the retired Executive Director of the Kentucky Heritage Council State Preservation Office. He has dedicated his whole life to saving historic buildings, as well as helping save the stone fences and landscapes along Paris Pike. He helped create the African-American Heritage Commission, Native American Heritage Commission and the Military Heritage and Civil War Preservation Program.
        Thanks to David Morgan the history of Kentucky is being protected. David Morgan is well known with many people around the country who help protect America’s History. Morgan believes that if what’s left of history is destroyed, we will forget how America was settled. Mr. Morgan continues to be a Washington D.C. Resource for saving The Judge Joseph Holt House in rural Breckinridge County.
